About Dr. Anna Elmirzayeva
Dr Anna Elmirzayeva has obtained an LLM in International Law and International Relations (2001, Kiev Taras Shevchenko University) ; Masters in European Law (Essex University, 2002); PhD in European Law (Essex University, UK, 2009). Blockchain Strategy Course, SAID Business School, Oxford University (2018).
For 14 years Anna has as a Senior lecturer in Law at London’s Leading BPP Law School (2004-2018) and has Law School’s Research Coordinator. In is this Research position that has prompted Anna’s interest in disruptive technologies such as Distributed Ledger Technology, Blockchain, Crypto Currencies and all things Artificial Intelligence. Today Anna is working as a Managing Director for BuxUp - an Online Marketing and Advertising agency with a difference and an outlook towards future.
It is not a question of whether your business would be disrupted by the blockchain technology, it is a question of when. Blockchain – an innovative technology for transfer of value and data is heralded ‘the new internet’ and is predicted to affect majority of industries. This seminar is intended to introduce the audience to the concept of Blockchain technology and explore the possibility of using it for various types of business in hospitality industry.
